Another odd dimension to this whole thing is that — if you're going to pretend porn is fully consensual, and that you're not just paying people into consenting to things they don't actually want — then surely the ability to turn down certain gigs is key to that?

Neither Sebastian nor Cade said anything about how disgusting and awful people were for wanting to be with trans people on the screen or in their bedrooms.

Based on some of the horror stories porn performers have talked about enduring, saying "no thanks" to doing a scene with someone should be one of the least scandalous things in the sex work world.
