The fact that you don't believe something is not making it reality. Gender activists are believing that sex is something that can be changed and that it is a choice. How their belief is different to yours? Experiments so far showing that sexuality is immutable, like sex. Sexuality is not influenced by culture, because it exist in animal kingdom as well and it exist even in primitive human tribes. It isn't subjective - it is observable. Homosexuality is not a desire, it is sexuality.

The label "bisexual" wouldn't work on me.

It does, you was able to feel something towards men. This means that it is two sexes you was attracted. Two sexes is bisexuality. If bisexual man is in lifelong relationship with a woman it does not mean that he is straight now, it means that he is bisexual but have chosen to live with a woman and be attracted to women.

and have done their best to turn off any feeling toward the opposite sex.

Which means it is something you do. Sexuality is not something you do, sexuality is something you are. Being transgender is something you do as well and not something you are. So camparing them how you are framing them - is valid.

And same as transwomen do not understand women and their experience - you don't understand our experience. And at same time you are trying to talk over us and over our experience, like you know better what we feel and live through - just like transwomen doing to women. It is a bad practice to act so narcissistically.

it SOUNDS LIKE

It's "born this way" that was used to send the message, "we couldn't have possibly helped ourselves" as though "gay" is an illness you wouldn't choose if you could.

So again, is being born woman or a man is "we couldn't have possibly helped ourselves" as thought being "man" or "woman" is an illness you wouldn't chose if you could? What about height? What about color of eyes? It just makes no sense. Is it SOUNDS LIKE that? You said that phrasing itself sounds like that.

It is. I do the opposite of what homophobes want. They want people to choose the "straight" lifestyle. I don't. That's a slap in their face.

They want sexuality to be a choice and not something innate, they don't want to believe it is something that people just are. Because then they are the bigots and they are on a level of racists, as they are hating someone for their innate qualities.
