I think the trans trend is basically played, faking mental illness online is the new hotness.

They're usually the same people, faking illness is the next step once they got everyone using their special name and pronouns and need moar labels and attention. They brought all the toxic bullshit from the gender community into the disabled support groups too, like calling everyone with a diagnosis 'privileged', and trying to shut down any kind of 'negativity' so they can pretend their chosen illness is all uwu quirky.

Oh god diagnosis priviledge. I mean there is something to that, kind of, if you have the money to doctor shop and actually get the tests that you need, that is sort of a priviledge. I have health insurance and getting my doctors to give any fucks about my problems is a uphill battle. But if you actually have serious mental health problems getting a diagnosis isn't that difficult. Its effective treatment that is hard. And none of that means you can self diagnose.
