How many days of Remembrance do these narcissists need?! We know about trans people, y'all never stfu and let us forget about the clown world y'all created 😒

Eta: on the brightside, a week of nonstop trans nonsense may peak the whole group. May this be the first and last Remembrance celebration this group hosts🙏🏾

I just left a discord server never to return again over this trans nonsense. This trans idiot came in like it's international trans awareness day and you better acknowledge my existence. I'm standing in the kitchen thinking to myself when the fuck isn't it trans awareness day? Honestly. I think we get 5 pm on the first Tuesday in June where we don't have to acknowledge their existence. I've had enough especially when women like me with clear breast issues can't get what we need but they can get what they want in rapid time.

Can I join in that prayer? You don't know how many times I've said those same things to those freaks.

Proof that transgender people are the most privileged people on the planet right now. They never should the hell up. And we have to hold our tongues so that they can speak even more, even when we’re in our own spaces? Adding the T was a huge mistake.

no argument here. especially when they've made it next to impossible for women to get proper biological health care. They're narcissitic monsters with no soul, and no room for empathy.

Quick google search informed me that:

At least 4 black women or girls were killed a day this year

81 women (multiple races) killed in 28 weeks in America

Across the world, 137 women are killed daily by their partners

That’s just the beginning. I didn’t have the heart to look into how many children and babies were killed. Or hate crimes against lgb or poc.

43 trans or gnc- literally not even just actual trans people- were killed this year in America.

I took the time to read up on each crime- a lot of them have nothing to do with being trans. One of them literally wasn’t even killed, he got hit by a car and that’s being included in this statistic. A few of them didn’t even seem to be the target, just got caught up in someone else’s situation or got killed by accident or while a crime (that had nothing to do with gender) was being committed (one was a security guard who was shot by someone robbing the place he worked at). Also, Like half of the victims were “non binary”. To be clear, some of them were absolutely hate crimes, but it genuinely seems like most of these cases weren’t.

But sure let’s acknowledge yet another Day of Remembrance for the less than 1% of the trans community that were victims of violence. What a pandemic.

Eta because wtf- look up Molly/Oliver Taylor. A teenager who was kidnapped and died (possibly by accident in a shoot out between the cops and her kidnapper). She identified as trans (something her kidnapper wouldn’t have likely known) and so now it’s a hate crime…

A grand total of 11 trans people murdered on the most transphobic western nation on planet earth (the honorable TERF Island) in the span of THIRTEEN YEARS. Whether they were murdered for being trans is irrelevant of course because we can never tell but also genocide.

I haven't looked into this in a while but every number I've come across indicates that the vast majority of trans murders are related to prostitution which seems to be the largest factor. All prostitution is an extremely dangerous activity. After that the vast majority of the leftover instances were domestic violence.

Fuck the transphobia... can I rant about being banned from LesbianActually AND suspended from Reddit (for ban evasion) for biphobia? Why in the fuck are non-lesbians such a protected group in lesbian spaces??? All I said was there is animosity between lesbians and bi women, typically because we have to share spaces with male-partnered women who get upset because we don't like dick/men. There wouldn't be animosity if only bi women who are strictly into women (febfems) were in lesbian spaces.

I swear I get banned more for biphobia than anything else in lesbian spaces. Even though most of my exes are bi women or lesbians who fucked men before. Why are goldstar, man-hating lesbians like me public enemy #1? 🤔

Does anyone track the sexuality of mods? Are all mods bi??

Why in the fuck are non-lesbians such a protected group in lesbian spaces???

Well, a lot of communities discourage or ban discrimination against demographic groups that do not necessarily include lesbian women in their ranks-- e.g. gay men and bisexual people in this sub, or groups where some people are lesbian but not all-- for example, discrimination on the basis of racism/anti-semitism. (edited for clarity)

Personally, I hate lesbian spaces that are biphobic. I left s/lesbians in part because it used to be very biphobic and I was sick of it. Why is there a need for such negativity? Sure, if people have actual stories they need to rant about, they should, but more often what happened was people would just start making baseless generalizations about all bisexuals being "manipulative" or some shit, that's total bullshit.

All I said was there is animosity between lesbians and bi women, typically because we have to share spaces with male-partnered women who get upset because we don't like dick/men.

Yeah, I mean I don't know the sub/context but it seems ridiculous that you were banned for that. You could talk about this more in the "Censorship Thursday" post in a couple of days.

I swear I get banned more for biphobia than anything else in lesbian spaces. Even though most of my exes are bi women or lesbians who fucked men before.

You could still make comments that are individually biphobic.

Why are goldstar, man-hating lesbians like me public enemy #1?

I don't know about being "gold star," but acting like a "man-hating lesbian" promotes a homophobic stereotype about lesbian women. I have lots of male friends and I don't know why the hell people think this is a thing, lol.

Does anyone track the sexuality of mods? Are all mods bi??

All mods, ever...? No. But on Reddit, a highly disproportionate number of mods are transwomen, and on average they are extremely easily offended.

I wasn't using saidit much back when this was happening, but I've gone through the archives and have seen exactly what you're talking about. It seemed to me like it was a troll campaign; lots of new and/or barely used accounts that only ever posted about their disdain for bisexual women.

[–]reluctant_commenter 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

I don't think it was all trolls, though... I'm sure there were a few, but some of the more biphobic commenters on there were regulars. Not a fan either way.

Dependswhat you mean for biphobia. If it is about hateful comment, it is one thing, if it is about not wanting to date bi women, it's another. There are bi's who bitch like TRA about lesbians don't want to date them, and that bitching towards people dating choices, always sounds pathetic and entitled. If we respect consent, and the idea that anyone has right to reject for any reason, complaining for people private dating choice, is shitty thing to do and makes you sound like an incel. People rejecting you isn't your business. Accept it and go on.

[–]reluctant_commenter 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I mean comments that were stereotyping and involved making broad generalizations, e.g. "bisexual women are manipulative/shallow/meanies/whatever"; I've seen that on that sub many times. Not just, "I prefer not to date bisexuals."

the patriarchy won, but this time those lesbians are supporting the patriarchy with a smile. Truly terrifying. Can't until all the trans woman break all the female sports records. And the democratic party is going to give it to them.

Obvious question but if the unnecessary made up holiday is a DAY of remembrance why does everyone need to deal with an entire week of that crap? Everything they touch needs to get cranked up to 100 out of 10.

[–]lovelyspearmintLesbeing a lesbian 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Because they never went through puberty properly, their brains didn't develop and they think a day can refer to any period of time.
