It’s trans awareness week again?

I really don't see why trans people need a week for everyone else to be aware of them? Like, they never shut up about it.

Something else they don't understand: How long a week is.

NOVEMBER

Native American Indian/Alaska Native Heritage Month

  • First two full weeks in November: | Transgender Awareness Week
  • November 8 | Intersex Day of Remembrance
  • November 20 | International Transgender Day of Remembrance
  • November 25 | International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women

The juxtaposition of those last two is a bit ironic at this point.

So many days/weeks/months dedicated to the TQ+ and so little for the L, G, and B.

Like, Aromantics get a whole week? A whole week for people who don't suffer oppression or face execution from their countrymen and/or government? Lesbians get a measly day and gays get nothing.

We could look at this another way: We don't need emotional crutches or coercion to somehow prove we exist. We just are.

But yes, the fixation on TQ+ "holidays" is just goofy. Like everything else they obsess over.

I like that spin :)

What are we remembering about intersex people?

I don't know either. Last I heard, they'd prefer to be left out of this sort of nonsense.

Yep, they're another group being harmed by forced pairing. They're being misrepresented, with this "they're proof sex is a spectrum" BS and get talked over whenever they try to advocate for themselves. They don't even like the term intersex

Edit: And as if to prove this, one of the more prominent DSD accounts on Twitter has had to close down his business, because TRAs were threatening his suppliers. All because he frequently calls them out and tells them to stop using his condition as an argument

Yes. I've not yet heard one who sounded pleased about being dragged into this crap. I know one or two personally and have heard them emphatically say "we are NOT TRANS" and point out that there's no connection between them and trans people (as we know) in private conversations about this.

they are so fucking under educated it's not even remotely funny at this point. Intersex isn't a spectrum it's quite literally a biological condition where people don't have inner or outer genitalia that matches up with normal biological genitalia. Transgenderism lines up with either brainwashing because why let people express themselves or body dismorphia, I actually feel sympathy for intersex people because the trans used them and their biological condition to get access to a community that would end up not even wanting them.

I have to agree. God they get almost an entire month to celebrate their bigotry towards us

Honestly Between bungie virtue signaling for them and all their content locked behind Pay wall I'm done with bungie and the trans community
