These people always talk about being accepted for who they really are, but here we have a woman afraid someone will see her for exactly who she is.

I think "no" is the answer here, but that would get her less attention on the interwebs.

Drama can't happen without a dramatist 😉

This sounds so tiring.

Good lord, do I have a story for y'all! To preface, I have two dear friends who have been a couple since high school, man and woman, but the woman now identifies as a man; "he" is a textbook transtrender, "he" fell deep into the trans rabbithole because that's what you do on tumblr. "He" is also a wicked fujoshi, and cannot understand why fetishizing gay men is wrong. I will call the man Dave and the "transman" Alex.

Dave and I were at a convention, in artist alley looking for buttons; I wanted a lipstick lesbian flag button, the classic red and pink. We could only find one table with any real pride buttons, with traditional ♡-shaped hearts, and anatomically-correct hearts, also pride-colored.

First the artist tried to pressure me into getting the orange lesbian flag "because it's more inclusive, you want to be inclusive, don't you?" I told her I hate the color orange, I want pink. She relented. Dave said he wanted to get something for Alex, and I suggested a Fujoshi button, since Alex is one. Well, the artist heard us calling Alex "he" and insisted it had to be a "Fudanshi" button, since that means "rotten -boy-" and "Fujoshi" is "rotten-girl-". At that point I was fed up and walked away from the sale. Dave is unbothered by SJW issues and just bought the two buttons. (I got the pink flag button 😎)

I never made that connection before. Also, why would anyone want that on a button? Did they sell buttons for foot-fetishists and paedophiles too?

🤔 Don't give them ideas, fetishes are prevalent enough at conventions!

She's obviously proud of herself or she wouldn't be tweeting about it, much less talking about her drawings to the extent that someone wants to see them.

She's probably just humoring you anyway, doll, either tell her no or draw something else for a while so you can have a socially acceptable sketchbook to show people.

It amazes me how so many people who can get themselves to believe that they are the opposite gender and gay rather than (the statistically MUCH MORE likely and reasonable AGAB and straight) without ever taking any part in a gay or lesbian community or even watching the things actual gays and lesbians watch. If your only bridge to same-sex attraction is anime, you are not gay. If you are more comfortable seeing cartoon gay relationships than the more realistic portrayals that exist (and I will admit, these ARE hard to find), then you are not gay.
