I mean thats just you tho? No one in my 6th grade class had a bf or a gf, let alone doing sexual activity. (unless they were being molested by a relative which I certainly was). But the kids were not doing it to each other.

I think she's saying the attractions are still there naturally even though adults are usually in complete denial about such things. I mean, no one should be having sex at that age, but some vocabulary should still exist then to allow one to express these attractions without it automatically being attributed to abuse(much more common with SSA than OSA). It reminds me a bit of this comment.

Eh... I mean, I agree with you, but I think that might be an overly generous interpretation of the original comment. (I went and found it after it was removed)
