The problem is trying to have a term for every nuance of existence. She doesn't need "asexual" and it doesn't particularly apply to her from what she describes. The obsession with finding labels is so reductionist. And they don't see themselves doing it.

That was actually, though, one of the less barfy things Autostraddle has published in the last few years (of course, I have not been reading it because I like not barfing, so I won't try for accurate estimates).
