Some of the people in that thread are gay men. Not all. There are comments left by "trans men" (women) and men who sleep with "trans men" (women) too (gross ...). "Trans right activists" have invaded the spaces of gay men and gay women. The sub, despite its name, is not for gay men anymore.

These men are jealous of vaginas because they don't require too much "prep" before so-called "sex", prep being the bathing and diet for instance, and wish they had so-called "vaginas" so they could have spontaneous so-called "sex" whenever they wanted.

Prep could also mean "PrEP", or Pre-exposure Prophylaxis. It's an effective medication to prevent HIV transmission/ infection before sex.
