So they admit their historical revisionism is false. It's just attack after attack. Gays and Lesbians never saw trans as a legitimate thing and we were never "allies" or friends. The youtube clips the person is talking about are literally every single gay and lesbian booing them because they saw them as crackheads (they were genuine crackheads trying to hijack the stage when they didnt belong there). "I'm now starting to realize my tumblr history of cross dresser gays werent the leaders of any movement and now theyre even bigger victims! gays dont owe us because we gave them their civil rights..now gays owe us because they were mean to us!"

"Homonormativity" is not a thing. It's a made up word to pretend gays have the power to influence people with their rituals and gender as if we're some sort of religion.

They just take legitimate concerns like heteronormativity and spitefully go, "oh yeah! even though you're like 4% of the population...how about homonormativity!". These things matter to them when theyre trying to colonize gay/lesbian areas and identity. It's like that arab woman who called homosexuals "imperialists" because the olympics had some fun little gay/lesbian retreat for the homosexual athletes where they could just congregate. It was in canada. The "queer" arab woman wrote an entire fucking book on how gays/lesbians are benefiting from colonialism because where are the indigenous little stupid cabins? And what are gays doing for the bunch of minorities that want them dead? lol

We never tried to separate ourselves from these cross dressers. We were the overwhelming majority. we were 100% of the entire movement and we were never together. There was nothing to separate. Transexuality was always a homophobic solution to fixing gays and lesbians. Start using the word "heteronormativity" to reciprocate the charge.

Did I miss something? They said homonormativity means "the idea that gay people were the same as heterosexual people but just gay" As in I'm the same as a straight guy, except I like guys, which is something I agree with. Does it have a different meaning elsewhere?

That would be just called - acceptance and lack of prejudices.

Normativity means that something is mainstream and everything around is supporting that something as "the norm, that majority do". So it will be like - majority of movies will show only homosexual relationships and not heterosexual, marriage will be assumed to be homosexual always, and so on.

And because LGB are minority, there never can be "normativity" around us. "The norm" means not "normal", it means that something is accepted and that majority are like that, and in this regard "abnormal" does not mean something bad, it just means that it is not mainstream and small percent of the society.

homonormativity is supposed to be a naughty word. It implies oppression through power. Heteronormativity is an actual thing. It's about relationship dynamics and brainwashing, pushing people into believing certain things about themselves that just arent true and dont apply to you if you're not a hetero male or hetero female.

Here's how heteronormativity would work: "i'm an effeminate gay male. let me apply some heteronormative beliefs to this: i obviously cant be a feminine male. And on top of that, i obviously cant be a male and attracted to other males. Let me somehow take my incompatible identity and somehow force it through heteronormative ideas: i got it! i'm not an effeminate gay male; i'm a straight woman trapped inside a man's body. Guess i better chop my dick off and go chase straight men!"

Now, can you guess who's pushing for heteronormativity? These straight trans people and their flawed ideas about gender. What they want to do is create words to examine, explore and put gays and lesbians under the microscope to harass and "study" them to show everyone how flawed their way of thinking is. Why? Because why cant a lesbian accept a straight man in a wig who "identifies" as a lesbian? Why cant a gay man have sex with a woman with chopped off tits? They're oppressing us and pushing these evil, political and powerful social structures! Let's call it "homonormativity".

They look down on us as a dumpster that accepts all the world's trash like them and we're supposed to be a dumping ground for every idiot who's fucked up. When they use words like "homonormativity", theyre basically implying some nefarious, powerful homosexual cabal is afoot and anyone who says theyre just a homosexual is an agent of this nefarious, evil, sinister force that our culture should stigmatize to protect its victims. And who are its victims? The people who want to colonize us.

They're just salty that gay and lesbian spaces prioritize homossexuality over heterosexuality.

Remember: they're narcissistic straight people after all.

I once dated a woman who refused to accept when I broke up with her. I straight up said, “This isn’t working. We aren’t good for each other and I don’t love you anymore.” She still refused to return my apartment key, kept telling people we were together, and texted me nonstop. It took three months for her to accept that I was serious.

The trans community has all the energy of my ex-girlfriend. We’re just at the 50 year mark, not three months.

It’s absolutely a period of my life I never want to revisit.

Better having loved and lost that never having loved. I mean relationships can always end at any time, it's hurt when you re the one being left, but it is just wise to accept and being grateful for the pleasurable moments you've lived. I do find people who can't accept being left or get mad at being rejected as lacking of self respect, as it isn't self-respecting to beg someone to stay with you

I'm sorry, we have to do work because what? The T and the Q are actively killing LGB acceptance everywhere with their lunacy and we're expected to jump in to help so we can be dragged down further?

Fuck off. Most of us just want to live normal lives that happen to involve a same-sex relationship. We don't want to make our sexual orientation the core part of our personality.

It’s almost as if gay people being expected to obey TRAs is a recent phenomenon. Interesting.

Anyway, I don’t have any work to do. Because I know this whole thing is bullshit, and I want no part in it.

Well, at least this person is getting most of the history right.

Trans people could always have had their own movement, but instead they tried to latch onto gay liberation. The truth is that they were always trying to take shelter in the community we built, and now they want total control over it.

As I always say... there's a difference between the white lgb community and the black (and brown) lgb community. White gays are definitely more exclusive like white straights. There is white homonormativity (or homogeneity perhaps). We colored gays are more likely to accept "HSTS" folks into the lgb community, even though some of us think of them as conversion therapy victims who should detransition! We want our gnc gay women and men back (as "cis" lol)!!!

I wish there was a "laughing at you" option for your posts. Good comedy that lack any self awareness.
