It's truly scary to me that this is a thing and that this transman's ploy to destroy the life of a girl he deceived for months will quite possibly work.

These people lie and decieve, they commit rape by deception as you point out, and they're allowed to frame themselves as the victim.

This will ultimately only backfire on transpeople as more and more people are harmed by getting involved with them.
