That requires them to have self respect. One cannot be a good role model if you have no confidence or self control or self respect.

I realized that a lot of problems people face nowadays seems to come from a lack of regard for themselves. It’s shocking to me to see how much people will destroy themselves with food, drugs, mental illness, etc. even when they see and critique others for the same thing… it shows they can’t be bothered to care for themselves. But they will certainly still complain about their “suffering.”
