I'm a trans woman, I'm a lesbian, I've had concerns with wanting bottom surgery, as I've said in other posts I worry about getting bottom surgery because of a lot of comments made about "how much of a shame it is when trans women with big dicks get bottom surgery"

Good question. I did hear it said of Alexis Arquette when he transitioned. There was a famous photo of him as a young and well hung man. Alexis of course transitioned back, too late to save his appendage, and went on to commit suicide. A genuine tragedy of mistreated mental illness.

I read that Alexis died of HIV complications, not suicide. He had had HIV since 1987.

But it was true that he had gone back to living as a man towards the end and had reportedly decided that all the gender stuff was silly.

So Robert Arquette lived 35 years as a man, 9 years as a woman, and then three more years as a man; yet, all the internet sources describe him as a trans woman.

Did Alexis really get the chop? Hm. Asking just because 95% of them don't. I'm sorry he died but may I say when alive I thought him really annoying, a West Hollywood scenester that was really shallow and sort of nasty. His detransition was interesting, but his sisters still seem to boomerang back and forth on what his deal was.

According to what I can find online, yes. I note that Wikipedia refers to him as she/her despite noting his detransition.
