We demand an end to ongoing studies and investigations on things we already know to be true. We know police brutality targets QTBIPOC populations.

What the fuck?! Now QT is getting lumped in with all "POC" AND it gets shoved in front. The goddamn delusions of these people, if we could harnass the energy of their mental delusions, we would have enough renewable energy to save us all from the climate crisis.

There is plenty of evidence that they let down the gay community like with Bruce McArthur.

Shouldn’t be hard for them to come up with QT examples. 👀

Some highlights:

We demand recognition and the right to safety for all trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming bodies, in all public spaces. We demand the right to identify our gender as we choose, on all documentation and any service-based spaces.

We demand an end to ongoing studies and investigations on things we already know to be true.

We demand an end to campaigns for normativity. We demand acceptability beyond respectability. We demand the elevation of voices that defy conformity, defy beauty standards, defy capitalist models of success. We demand an end to productivity. We demand mandatory daydreaming.

We demand mandatory gender and sexuality training workshops on topics like using correct pronouns, not gendering, and not assuming heteronormative or cisnormative narratives. We demand real consequences for human rights violations and safe ways to report incidents.

Lotta demands and delusions in this speech, what's missing is any sort of relevance to LGB struggles.

We demand an end to ongoing studies and investigations on things we already know to be true. We know police brutality targets QTBIPOC populations. We know that environmental collapse is imminent. We know that our nation was built on genocide. We have been given clear attainable calls to action from Black Lives Matter and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.<

Ok, that is not how science works! Black lives matter was an American thing, so you CAN'T just assume that things should look the same in other countries. You need to preform studies to know how big the problem is in your country and then work to solve it if it is. And another problem of not doing any studies, is that then the problem gets so much harder to solve. If you don't know how big the problem are right here, right now, you don't know if the actions you put in to solving it actually has an effect or not!
