That's why it doesn't make sense to walk around dressed like that.

And, yeah, anyone should be allowed to wear whatever they want. Yada yada. I'm not interested in getting into a debate about body/slut shaming or whatever.

But if your get-up is designed to be attention grabbing, then you're probably going to get attention. Unfortunately, we cannot control the reaction we receive from others. The only thing we can do is control the way we present ourselves to the world.

I very much dislike attention from strangers, even though I tend to get quite a bit for some reason. I make a point to dress blandly partially because I have no sense of style but also I don't want to draw unnecessary attention to myself. I make an effort to present myself as someone who wants to be left the fuck alone.

I don't think I'll ever quite understand people who strut around like a fucking peacock and complain about the attention they inevitably receive.

If you present yourself to the world as a stupid bimbo, it just logically follows that someone will assume that's how you'd like to be treated.

End of discussion.

Key word: "should"

People complicate that and it's virtually impossible to police the behavior of society without running into human rights violations.
