Hopefully I'm catching this thread early enough, before it breaks rule 3.

I get it. I immediately wanted to talk shit about that dude instead of focusing on the facts of why he's not a lesbian. If even I, as a mod, had to hold myself back ... I don't expect anyone else wants to. That's why I'm here.

THAT IS NOT WHAT THIS SUB IS ABOUT.

LGB does not exist to beat the T into erasure, nor to mock them or make fun of them. We're not catty immature children who lift ourselves up by shoving others down. We may very well have trans members among us, considering our very long past with gender-nonconformity. As long as trans people recognize their biological sex as basis for being LGB, they are welcome here.

We are here to separate from the T(Q+++), and demonstrate the reasons why.

EDIT: If you do want to be more fast-and-loose with your words ... for now, we know of s/ThereAreTwoGenders. If anyone does make a sub that is strictly LGB with no limits, let us know and we'll share in the sidebar so users know there is another space.

Late to the party, just wanted to say I appreciate you making a comment about this. There is plenty of homophobia in the video, that should be the primary focus.

Thank you! It's hard to find a balance sometimes. We want to let LGB users speak, but at the same time, there's nothing to represent and support us if we're just being catty and dragging someone else down.
