I know isn't easy, damn it really that culture is so toxic, it feels like anyone would do anything to escape it, like the people from Africa who do anything to escape their country and reach Lampedusa. Of course USA isn't comparable to a third world country, but has so much bad and stressful things in its culture, especially now with this AGP trend, makes me really being grateful to have been born in Italy. I wouldnt have the mental resilience to deal with it. I feel like you're some kind of heroes

Not to mention the lack of gendered definite (and indefinite) articles/words/verbs in the English language makes it easier to hijack and change, whereas in something like Serbian, everything is gendered to the point that some tenses would sound bizarre if you had a man saying he was wearing something but using the female past tense for third person: On je nosio vs On je nosila (it's usually 'ona je nosila' for women). Not sure if it's the case in Italian?
