The one in the glasses is a bit tougher, but the one in the grayish green shirt seems pretty easily identifiable as a female. Look at how small her head is. And the not-at-all-square jaw and vertical forehead. I saw someone on Kiwifarms mention once that one of the easiest ways to clock trans people is to look at their heads: males tend to have noticeably larger heads because the skull is bigger/thicker. It's been a helpful tip for me.

Actually the opposite for me. I've seen guys that look like greyshirt, but the one in brown, especially this first pic where they're smiling, is just a woman's face with a light beard drawn on. The smile, the cheeks, the eyebrows, are all very feminine.

EDIT: I'm an idiot. We're actually in agreement, except for shirt color names. The one in the glasses and grey shirt passes. The other one not so much.
