Although this is a shit show and these "type" of people arent exactly what people think when they think of pride parades, there's an even bigger problem of who these people are and where they come from.

There's an "alternative" pride parade aptly named "queer liberaton". Theyre a coalition of overwhelmingly straight anarchists, communists, BLM, "abolish the police", open borders and all that. And they've planned their pride parades to coincide with the new york one on a parallel street. Their organizer, a black incel gay man (or trans or whatever) was put as the face of this movement (because it's so super incredibly wrong to criticize black people) said "it would be best if they concede pride to us because we do it better" and theyre looking for a physical confrontation. The committee hasnt backed down and theyre not disbanding. They have the most important, corporate powered cultural engine for pride and this coalition of sasquatches wants the attention and the stage.

This is the stupidity of gays and lesbians and what we dont get. These people want the spotlight. They want whatever stage we build as a community. We dont see it as important but these people will now try and represent us as some subcategory of their garbage brigade and they want to politically represent us. That's the part that should make your skin crawl. AGP men, bisexual women, pansexuals, demi sexuals, straight asexual girls dont want to form their own communities because that's hard. They just want to turn ours into a shit show.

All of this happening while gays and lesbians right now in turkey are being beaten up in the streets for trying to create their own homosexual rights campaign and gay/lesbian community. Every other community desperately tries to push for power and to empower their own kind and here are the gays and lesbians eagerly letting even homophobic people dictate terms to them in their own house. Nice. Let's not pretend we dont know how this all started.
