I'm interested that she thinks she was "born into" a community (presumably the gay one.)

Why is it always afabs? Genuine question. Is because we are taught that being a girl sucks?

They haven't peaked yet, but I think they may be becoming a bit more aware.

Part of it is because they push cis which implies that a "cis woman" identifies with all the societal bullshit pushed on women. So these women don't identify with it, because most women don't. But instead of realizing that the whole thing is bullshit, they think it's right and try to opt out of it by identifying as non-binary.
