I do it to as a flamboyant bi girl so I don’t question it.

You are not 'sssoooooo gay', you are bisexual, shut up! You're making us fellow bisexuals look bad, and you're appropriating terms that don't belong to you at all. Gay men can make fun of themselves, we don't get to. 'CAUSE THAT'S HOMOPHOBIA, SIS!

I never use the word « dyke » myself

Oh, well thank god you aren't using a word that's already been reclaimed positively by the lesbian community. Whew, I was worried you might be a naive homophobic asshole, but now it's all good.

What in the ever-loving fuck is WRONG with people?!?! What the hell went wrong in the world that people even have to ask if they can use the word "faggot" unironically?

Never in my life have I heard anyone describe women or girls as flamboyant.

"Flamboyant girl" means "fag hag".

She doesn't understand at all what she's perpetuating.

"Reclaiming" slurs is the most stupid shit ever.

For starters it just makes it all the more easier for people to use that slur and act like its no big deal.

Second, most people "reclaiming" it never got that slur thrown at them. Especially in this case it is more than clear. She does not have the right to pull that reclaiming bullshit.

Definitely not. It’s cringe. And most often than not, they use that word specifically to insult gay men.

I try to stay respectful to others' feelings, but I have a pet peeve about censoring cuss words when talking about the specific word. Out with it. We know you're writing faggot. She then doesn't censor dyke at the end, so what was the point?

« I’m sooo gay » all the time and I do it to as a flamboyant bi girl so I don’t question it.

Ahhh! Nooooo! Miss thing, nooooo!

She's right about the transmen and yet doesn't seem to have reached the place where she can apply her own logic to herself.

Because everyone knows you don't have to censor slurs against women ;P

The obsession with slurs is weird. In my opinion it’s long since stopped being “empowering” and has instead turned into some edgy validation bullshit. No thanks
