I laughed my ass off at that article. They got some mentally ill woman to say she had seen the error of her terfdom, and that "a cabal of powerful international lesbians" (ISYN) was pulling at the strings.

I originally thought it was hilarious, but then a TRA friend of mine cited that article as proof that my views were evil. He thought it was 100% real.

Funny thing is Amy Dyess has also been now rejected by the TRA's she tried to suck up to as she demanded to be seen as their 'leader' or some shit like that. I don't like bashing on people who are obviously mentally unwell but the woman is a grade A, deluded narcissist to the core. She also took donations to set up a lesbian based media organisation a few years ago and did absolutely fuck all with it.

I have to say that I appreciate Dennis Kavanaugh’s legal commentary. I don’t practice law in the UK but in a derivative common law system (the U.S.) and have some comparative law experience so I’m not completely clueless. I would appreciate the insights of another UK attorney to stress test it but it does appear pretty solid to me. I wish I knew more about his background but I definitely appreciate that he is an educated gay voice in this space.
