Consider this: she really had a master’s degree, a job as a journalist, then decided to give that up to go be a porn star and sex worker for men who are by default going to fetishize her because fetishization and objectification is the entire point of porn and sex work in the first place. Straight and bisexual men regarding females as slabs of vagina meat, particularly in porn and sex work, is nothing new. What outcome was she expecting? I’m serious

She essentially has a Master's in misogyny, I'd like to know who she wrote for when she was a journalist. I'm not surprised she left the industry- even this year thousands of journalists have been laid off. What surprises me is her go-to was this.

I thought, according to the article, she took up sex work when she couldn’t make it as a journalist? Which sounded to me like she was maybe forced into it, just to pay the bills. Which would be really sad, but also shows how people who fall through the cracks of the “woke” career world are just screwed. Maybe she thought that, as a genderspecial, she’d have a lot of success in journalism (as so many do), but then that didn’t work out and now what else can she do, especially with a “Gender Studies” degree?
