TRAs: We need to be fair when reporting on trans issues. Also TRAs: only TRAs can report fairly on trans issues. Still TRAs: this is an LGBTQ+ issue.

Reporting on something fairly requires detachment from the thing being reported on. A trans person is not detached from trans issues.

Exactly. What they seem to be mad about is “cis” reporters “centering on anti-trans sources.” And, by that they mean that those reporters aren’t invested in trans dogma and might actually interview a female athlete, a detrans person, or a doctor critical of trans claims. It’s just more of TRAs protecting the trans house of cards and dragging LGB along.

NPR is so far down the trans rabbit-hole at this point that no critical views are even acknowledged. It wasn't always this way. 10-20 years ago, NPR had a liberal slant, but still presented both sides. Nowadays, it's pretty clear that the entire organization is dedicated to the woke agenda.

For sure. I mean, they’re advocating throwing journalistic integrity out the window here on account of TRAs. They also recently ran an article earlier in the week supposedly giving both sides on the sports issue. They gave the girl athlete a sentence and gave the dude pretty much the entire article. They don’t even pretend to be slightly left-leaning now. It’s pure woke.

"trans issues"

I refuse to acknowledge "trans issues" because theirs seems to be in the lines of pronouns, bathrooms, sports and not being accepted into the spaces in which they're invading. Their so called "issues" are nothing compared to the ones which gay people are having because there are gay people who are literally being murdered specifically for being gay.

Sometimes I get down about the state of affairs. Then I remember that there’s really stand-up straight guys like you in our corner and it cheers me up a lot.
