Y'all know that I love u/Chunkeeguy's posts, firmly believe that gender-woo is a scourge, and-- when bisexuals are specifically targeted by the kweers-- This Time, It's Personal;

HOWEVER...

... maybe this one actually isn't about the genderists demanding that others validate them with our junk, for once? I mean, given the way this thing is worded (and how sexually entitled they are), it's hard to tell for sure, but couldn't the intended message be about "including" trans/non-binaries as fellow bisexuals, rather than in bi people's dating pools? Essentially telling us that "genderspeshuls can be bi, too!"?

Now, if this is what they meant, it's true enough (unfortunately!), but... why even bother saying so? Is anyone claiming otherwise? Wouldn't most people's response to this assertion be something along the lines of "DUH!"? What are the gender-wooists making a fuss about this for, anyway?

I read it that way too, it's so vaguely worded you can read it Chunkee's way just as easily. Says nothing good that we, the bisexuals this is addressed to, can't parse what the hell they're telling us.

We're bad, though. We know at the least we're bad and wrong.

I can see it both ways. The problem with forcing and forcing and forcing a coercive agenda on people for years is they have to learn to expect that from you to stay out of the crossfire. Suddenly wanting to seem reasonable after years of abusing people? Good luck being believed about that.

And if you aren't those people over there who've been doing the abusing for years and are no longer trusted, then I highly recommend making that distinction explicitly. Which this meme doesn't do.
