This is so creepy, I'd love to hear the mom's side of it too.

I mean, even IF she was the trashiest most obnoxious mom in the world ... THAT'S HER KID. If you're concerned about a child's safety, alert the authorities, don't get in-between them and block their access to each other like a kidnapper.

I was just re-reading this part:

I noticed a fear in her voice and she went wide-eyed when her mom pulled up. I asked again if she was really okay and she started crying. Her mom gets out of the car and yells at her to get in.

It never even occurred to this man that the little girl may have been scared by a stranger continually talking to her while she's all alone waiting for her mom.

This woman started screaming the girl’s name and tried putting her into the car. I held the girl back because the woman was getting more upset and more handsy.

This mom can get as goddamn upset and handsy as she wants when she's pulling HER CHILD away from a stranger.

There probably is no mom, this whole story is most likely completely made up. I feel like there's no way this wouldn't have gotten some media coverage if this scenario had really gone down the way he's described. Like a transwoman getting brutally assaulted in public to the point that he ended up in a coma? No way the liberal media wouldn't have been all over this story.

If there's any truth to this story at all, I'm guessing what really happened is that he was being creepy to a little kid and the mom rightfully told him to get lost. At most she maybe threatened to pepper spray him if he didn't fuck off. Idk though, the whole thing about the kid being left alone because it was raining, it feels like that was just the best scenario he could come up with for the kid being left alone. It seems like kind of a flimsy excuse. It's sort of funny though, he's trying to paint the mother as this horrible abusive bitch, yet she apparently cares enough to not want to make her child walk through the rain. Like wow, what an "abusive" mother, going to get the car so her child doesn't have to walk in the rain and get all wet. What a monster, truly.

Unless that wasn't the actual story. News checks it out, calls the mom who says this dude was trying to coerce her daughter who texted her mom to come save her from this creepy dude. Shows receipts of text messages. "Yeah... we can't cover this. And that's a woman, you should learn to respect pronouns, you know."

I kind of doubt the whole story too. You'd think there would be some criminal investigation of assault if he ended up in a coma with a brain injury.

IKR?! Having actually been a little girl, it would have really unnerved me then to have had a man come up to me when I was just waiting for my mom to pull the car around and start asking me if I'm "O.K." Especially if you're a shy kid, which I was. Another thing: in this day and age, I only talk to minors I don't know if their parent is right there. Like if I'm sitting on a park bench and a little kid with a balloon sits down with his mom: "Oh, that's a pretty balloon. Did you get it from the store?" That kind of thing, and that's it. And even that's rare for me - usually I just do the quick friendly smile, and then go about my business. This guy? Again, oblivious.

I took one for the team and watched.

I'm not familiar with what "Salad Fingers" is as a series or genre or whatever ... but this particular video is an animation. It's creepy and disturbing, demonstrating the insanity of the mind of a violent psychopath, but no gore (unless you count cartoon blood).

I’m going out on a limb and calling bullshit on a woman who looked like “a rejected cast member from Teen Mom” beating a grown man into a coma in the short amount of time he claims it took a bystander to intervene. Either Rhonda Rousey was the angry mother or he’s lying about the extent of his injuries. 🤷🏻‍♀️

On the real, this whole story sounds like he was the crazy person. Approaching a child, asking them to go away with you, grabbing the child, and then attempting to pull the child away from her mother is fucking nuts and creepy. It doesn’t matter if you’re a man, a woman, or a unicorn. If you pull that stunt, any parent is going to take a well-deserved swing at you. Not to mention that it seems incredibly clear that the kid was freaked out by him, not her mom.

Peeked into the post history. Completely unhinged, unstable person. Everyone's a TERF, everyone's transphobic, everyone's after them, everyone's in on it, etc. pp. It sounds like a psychological illness that goes way, way beyond anything related to trans.

[–]JulienMayfair 23 insightful - 1 fun23 insightful - 0 fun24 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Even without looking at the post history, the whole thing reads to me like fiction written to augment the writer's sense of proud victimhood. I'd bet the whole account is made up, especially with the editorializing on TERFs that has nothing to do with the events.

[–]MBMayfair[S] 20 insightful - 1 fun20 insightful - 0 fun21 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Yup. And what's even scarier is at one point he was talking about getting a gun. His red flags are whipping in the wind.

Bwahaha I knew exactly which user you were talking about, went directly to his user profile and there was the post you were talking about.

Yes, he's a loose cannon and he will hurt someone one day. Bonus: he is a fan of rape fantasies. His aunt tries to keep her daughters away from him, and he has posted an image of a young girl standing at a urinal commenting on the size of "her" member.

I don't doubt for a minute that he was creeping on the girl and that the mother's protective instinct kicked in.

[–]MBMayfair[S] 14 insightful - 1 fun14 insightful - 0 fun15 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Good to know I'm not the only one who's noticed this guy! And yeah, he ticks off about every gross fetish out there - rape, "age play", etc. His posts with anime young girls are stomach-churning. Fuck Reddit for allowing that shit.

If this incident really happened as described, trans rights groups and the sycophantic media would be all over it. I call BS that an average woman could beat an adult male into a coma.

[–]NiceDickBro 13 insightful - 1 fun13 insightful - 0 fun14 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yep, 100%. There’s no way they would miss their opportunity to further the “trans rights” agenda.

[–]hellonumpty 23 insightful - 1 fun23 insightful - 0 fun24 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I think this is either entirely made up or seriously exaggerated. If it did happen, at most, I'd believe the mother may have used pepper spray on him (maybe also a kick to the groin) so she could get her and her child the hell away from him. If anyone was using their ~feminine intuition~ here, it was the mother.

Also lol at him trying to make this about TERFs when she's just a mother trying to get her kid away from a creepy dude.

[–]Q-Continuum-kin 23 insightful - 1 fun23 insightful - 0 fun24 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

I'm extremely hesitant to believe stories from people like this. I had an experience in the early 2000s with someone who was part of an online community. I was a moderator in a sense for that community. The person created 2 personas within our group and pretended to be in a relationship with each other. This was unknown to us. Later one of them got cancer and the story evolved into this caretaker sympathy thing. Everyone was concerned.

Short version of the story is the cancer story started to get a bit suspicious. I had the ability to check IP addresses of people on the forum so I did. Both people had the same IP address and I knew they supposedly didn't live together. This prompted moto start gently asking other people if something seemed strange and I was surprised to find that most people had the same thoughts but were too afraid to say anything. Everyone had their own details so when we combined everything it became obvious the person was farming sympathy by faking cancer then death of the fake persona.

Only now am i realizing the crazy similarities between this incident and modern TRA attention seeking.

AND ACTUALLY writing this made me realize something crazy. There is this MtF twitch streamer who has been super annoying and toxic on a popular game recently. Their character has the same name as the one who faked cancer in my old game... Holy shit...

[–]MBMayfair[S] 10 insightful - 2 fun10 insightful - 1 fun11 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

I have no clue if that person back in the day was trans. Their persona was a female character in the video game and we only communicated by text. I had no reason to question it but the way i understand these people to act now sheds new light on that memory.

Person played a female character and part of their story was they were a lesbian and the second character who supposedly had cancer was their gf. Seems so on point.

Anyone who's seen "Silence of the Lambs" would be terrified of a man in a dress trying to grab them in a parking lot (so would anyone who hasn't, actually). That kid will never forget the day a scary stranger tried to keep her away from her mother, while she had to watch her mother's fight response kick in of out sheer terror.

[–]MBMayfair[S] 21 insightful - 1 fun21 insightful - 0 fun22 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

That's it exactly. Because his "feminine intuition" told him the woman was a bad mother. Yet somehow this intuition failed to inform him that he was scaring the hell out of both mother and child. Go figure. 🤷‍♀️🤪

Next he'll be claiming he found "abandoned" bear cubs in the woods, and was just seeing if they were okay, and had no clue the mama bear was going to come roaring out of the bushes. Stupid transphobic bears!

10 trans identifed males die and arrive at the Pearly Gates and Saint Peter says, "Save your breath. If you're pedos you're going to Hell, so you might as well just turn around now and save yourselves a kick in the ass." And 9 of the trans identified men immediately turn around and head off down the stairs to Hell. And Saint Peter yells after them, "And take the deaf bastard with you!"

That joke used to be about Catholic priests but it's clearly due for a modernized update.

Even if this was made up or exaggerated, it’s terrifying that he thinks he comes off looking like the victim.

And I will call attention to the line

The woman who assaulted me used transphobic language which may have been coincidentally very similar to TERF rhetoric in her accounts to the police.

You know what counts as transphobic and TERF rhetoric? “He” “man” “male” “man in a dress.”

How can any parent in good faith, no less a mother who was likely physically weaker than this man, accurately convey the gravity of what happened without using that language? And why should she have to even try? This is what happens when people say using “preferred pronouns” is basic human courtesy and this is why I use sex-based pronouns when they are relevant and don’t apologize for it, and will firmly disagree with anyone who tries to correct me.

That people can’t see the inherent misogyny in requiring female victims of male violence to pretend they were assaulted by their fellow women is beyond me. Nor can you convey the homophobia and sexism behind the concept of “trans kids” without using sex-based pronouns.

I also have 1 guess as to who the user who posted this story is, and it’s disturbing what gets you banned from Reddit these days but what is apparently totes cool and falls more into “hide the evidence” territory.

Unfortunately, he's already done harm. He spent time in jail for attacking a woman at a food court at a mall. Worse yet, I think he'll hurt someone again, because in his view all "cis" women are evil and deserving of punishment. And there's nobody we can warn. :(

[–]MBMayfair[S] 10 insightful - 2 fun10 insightful - 1 fun11 insightful - 2 fun -  (3 children)

O.K., so several folks here think this entire incident is made up or exaggerated. Yeah, there's a good chance of that - this guy has, in the past, posted things that are blatantly figments of his imagination, including one super cringe-inducing post about a little girl in the toy aisle at Walmart who assured him of his beauty. (Even some of his fellow MtF compatriots called that one out as r/thathappened, and the post was eventually locked.) There's also speculation that this has to be made up, because if a trans person was indeed put into the ICU by someone, the trans lobby would waste no time in broadcasting the news to demonstrate once again how persecuted they are. On that one, I'm....eh. I can see that, but I can also see if this incident did indeed happen as stated, I could envision the TRAs going "SHUT. IT. DOWN." because of a) how batshit crazy the guy comes across; and b) it involves a trans person messing with a kid and terrifying a parent in the process. Definitely not good optics for the cause. I mean, his original post was immediately removed. So I'm on the fence there.

Another debatable aspect was about a woman being able to beat a man to the degree this guy claims. I can see it if she did indeed blast him with pepper spray, then kicked him a lot once he was down. But again, we'll probably never know for sure. (Cue Enya singing: "Whoooooo can say where the road gooooes? Where the day floooows? Only time.....")

[–]TransspeciesUnicornI sexually identify as a mythical sparkly equine 10 insightful - 1 fun10 insightful - 0 fun11 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Ok, I could maybe find some plausibility in this story if it had been the girl's dad and not the mom. I could maybe see a dad beating the shit out of some dude who tried to grab his kid. But I have a very hard time believing some soccer mom beat a dude into a coma in front of her own daughter. Like, a mom would probably be way more likely to just grab the kid and get out of there after incapacitating him with the pepper spray. No fucking way she's going to stick around to beat the tar out of him while her kid is looking on.

And anyway, even if TRAs decided to shut this story down on national and state levels, I would still think some local news would cover this story. So unless someone can find an article from somewhere in the midwest about a transwoman being beat into a coma, I'm gonna have to say this is r/thathappened.

[–]MBMayfair[S] 6 insightful - 1 fun6 insightful - 0 fun7 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Those are really good points. Especially about a woman sticking around - I, and almost all women I know, would just get the kid, book it the hell outta there, and then call the police once at a safe distance. Thanks for bringing up that aspect.

I did try Googling around for news on this supposed incident, using many different search words that should've hit, and came up empty, sooooo...yeah. All this being said, how bizarre is it that this guy thought up and then wrote out this hostile little novella? Apparently the evil women who won't date him just aren't violent enough for his crusade. Time to go the fake news route.

[–]TransspeciesUnicornI sexually identify as a mythical sparkly equine 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Transwomen have to make up stories like this because their whole bullshit narrative about how they're constantly fearing for their lives from the violent, evil TERFS can't hold up to any scrutiny. Anyone who digs a little will be able to find plenty of stories of transwomen assaulting, raping, and murdering "cis" women. But not so much the other way around. Even TRAs themselves seem to realize this. That's why they invent these make believe scenarios about being assaulted by some TERF.

Three weeks ago, I was the victim of a brutal attack. I spent two weeks in the intensive care unit after a head injury leading to a 2 day coma and 1.5 weeks in the hospital to monitor my brain as well as injuries to my face, neck, chest, groin, and legs. My memory is not the best and I am working with a therapist to try and regain as much as possible.

And then everyone clapped.

I seriously hope this story isn't real. If it is it must have been a terrifying experience for the girl.

As an adult woman, I'd be creeped out if a man does that (approaching, talking and offering "help") in that situation. As a kid, I'd be scared shitless. "Is he a kidnapper!?" would be the first thing came to mind.

[–]Bright_paintingLoad, lesbian biologist 8 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 0 fun9 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I have a simular story, with a trans woman (read, very visibly male) and two students at a summer camp. All the kids were a little on edge around him, and with good reason. He had a violent temper and verbally abused multiple kids during the first week. Anyways, shit hit the fan when he chased after two 14-year girls (Two of kids I had responsibility over.) who's only crime was leaving five minutes earlier to catch a buss. (I had given them permission to do it.) They were terrified and spend the rest of the camp in fear of him, including panic attacks as soon as they saw him.

The thing is, that it was one incident where one of the girls saw him in the corridor and ran of in panic. He followed her and tried to figure out what was wrong, but that only made it worse. He asked what was wrong; I told a lie about her having a panic attack over a test we were going to have and that I could handle it from here. The problem? He wouldn't leave. He just stood there and stared at us for what felt like an eternity (Probably 5 min) and left first after I explicitly told him to. It was really scary and felt so threatening.

I completely understand the mother's reaction (if its true), but hell, I wanted to defend my students with everything I could. I wish harm to those who creeps and scares kids.

Booya! Thanks. And it figures that the only reply that shows a modicum of common sense is downvoted. Good lord, somebody needs to save these idiots from themselves.

Yup. Also, welcome to our little tribe! You are already contributing wonderfully. Great to have you aboard, remember to take breaks before your head explodes.

Thank you! I've been following the trans damage to the LGB community for many years. Like many, I was originally supportive of them until they went off the rails. I'm just glad I've found places with sane people. And yeah - there've definitely been times when I had to step back to breathe and recharge...can't let this overtake the good things in life.

Wow, only two commenters are the only ones with any ounce of common sense and one was downvoted quite a bit for it.

People have pointed out the possibility of this dude being a troll, but what worries me is when other trans people upvote him and seem to agree with him. This link shows the upvotes at 76.

Well, they always pander to pretend victimhood from other TRAs. Should they take this agreement out into the world and start trying to become child-saving crusaders, then I imagine they'll be in need of medical care soon as well. Smells faintly of natural selection at work.
