Well, it is their own failure. They were allowing only 1 kid per family, and having boy had a ton of benefits, while having a girl was mostly troublesome. I don’t fantasise about Asian men as much as I do about white men, but there are some Asian men that are attractive. But I do like Asian cultures. Asian men in general tend to be hard working, direct, honourable and mentally strong. Stereotypes, I know, but still. They have a strong appreciation for community and family. Asian men with very short hair or who are bald are handsome - those with medium hair or Asian men who look like KPop or JPop idols don’t do it for me very much. Older Asian men tend to be quite handsome. I do tend to prefer white men because that’s who I’m familiar with, but I can definitely see myself dating an East Asian man.

I actually really want to visit all of those countries you mentioned in the far future as well! I'd love to visit other parts of Asia, if they're safe for LGB and ASD people (I'm both, and have heard cruddy things about a lot of Latin American, African, and West Asian countries towards both LGB and disabled people.).

I’m gay and disabled. I should be careful which country I visit, but there are still places I’d like to see. I would also add Singapore and Myanmar to the list of Asian countries I’d love to visit, even though homosexuality is illegal in both countries despite those countries having gay communities.

I don't know why everyone says this...mostly white people. Black people and black mixed people who go to Asia are treated well. I know I was as well as my friends when in China, South Korea, and Japan. My friends who went to South Asia said the same thing except when it comes to India. I can't speak on South Asia because I have yet to go.

However, Africans from certain African countries will face racism and prejudice, but again, it depends on the country.

If something is seen as a standard for both sexes, that isn't sexism. Asian culture do find white skin as superior and it isn't about sex but universal thing. I do remember a spot in Italy where the woman puts the italian husband in the washing machine and it comes as a muscular black man. I am friend with a black man who tried to get a job in China and it was almost impossible and when he finally got it, amount of racism was some really crazy. Not sure if it was super crazy - as place where we live is very non-racist and it is really rare when anyone even recognizing someone is other race, as we just see people as people, so he could just be overstating, but still it was unpleasant, so he dropped job there and went Korea instead.

African. Very-very black. In part of country where I am living we have only black people from Africa, because rich or very smart people from there are coming here to receive education. So most people here when seeing black people are thinking that "smart or rich guy". Almost all of them are male, very rarely females are coming from Africa, I guess because of sexism. But we have mixed race black women here, when those men are staying here and marrying, instead of returning to Africa. They are still "blacker" in skin color than american biracials.

Oooh that just reminded me---I find it very interesting how the "queer" liberals are against christianity but say that islam is 'inclusive' and other lies. I'm not religious one bit nor do I like ANY religion, however, I used to be deeply catholic and when I questioned my religion, I read up on others----islam is NOT forgiving at all or "sunshine and flowers". I have a friend who lived in Dubai for a few months and he said that the local men engaged in a lot of homosexual sexual activity, but most Muslims still hate the idea of allowing gay marriage and gay adoption. But queer liberals from North America are more familiar with Mexico than they are with Spain, so naturally they are going to associate the Spanish language with "diversity" and don’t realise that Spain is a white country.

Funny enough, i a gay person, have been called "cishet" as a pejorative term in the course of an argument. So I guess I fall into that description according to identitarians since I'm not performatively queer enough.

Mostly it was an argument AT me while i was like "OK but let's relax about saying a 7 yr old knows his sexuality before he hits puberty.

It was about an article where a parent was going nuts about how her gay son was being bullied in like kindergarten. I didn't even slightly defend bullying or question the mom's motives. I just slightly questioned how a kid that age can 1 even know he is gay and 2 how other students his age know he is gay and know enough to bully him...

I guess it makes sense from this whole performative identity perspective. If the mom suspects the kid is gay she can create this whole identity for the kid then if I come along and question how he has this vacuous identity at this age then I'm "cishet."

Yeah, I noticed this particular brand of dumbassery years ago (full disclosure: non-Hispanic white person here)-- that, to most Americans, ALL Hispanic people are, by definition, not only of indigenous ancestry, but visibly so. As in brown-skinned, with black hair and eyes. No matter where they're actually from. Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba... Spain, Portugal. Never mind that Hispanic people may well be entirely of European descent (in Spain/Portugal, I suspect that's a pretty safe bet, but also true for many in the "New World"), or that their cultures include various other ethnicities (African, East Asian, South Asian, Arab, Jewish, etc.). As an Ashkenazi Jew, leftists hate me more if I tell them that I'm Jewish than if I simply let them believe I'm white. I once mentioned I know Hebrew so some leftist guy told me to stop killing Palestinians.
