Yeah it's just such a bad take lol. The best surgeons can make a neovagina look identical to the point that gynecologists are even fooled.

OK, let's do it again (take 7823): there is no way that a professional who has spent 3-4 years in medical school and then 3 more years in internship/residency and then maybe 3 more years in a gynecology fellowship, who has seen literally 1000s of vaginas by the time they see you, will fail to notice that your "vagina" is slightly too low, has no mucous membrane, no musculature, a tendency to grow hair, and does not lead to a cervix.

Even I know this, and I'm a gay man.

a tendency to grow hair

This is the grossest of all to me for some reason. Whenever I read accounts of the disasters that neo-vaginas are and this comes up, I throw up in my mouth a little.

Same thing for FTMs. They can grow hair on the inside of the urethra of their neopenis. FTM Scott Newgent talks about this in his article for Quillette:

During my own transition, I had seven surgeries. I also had a massive pulmonary embolism, a helicopter life-flight ride, an emergency ambulance ride, a stress-induced heart attack, sepsis, a 17-month recurring infection due to using the wrong skin during a (failed) phalloplasty, 16 rounds of antibiotics, three weeks of daily IV antibiotics, the loss of all my hair, (only partially successful) arm reconstructive surgery, permanent lung and heart damage, a cut bladder, insomnia-induced hallucinations—oh and frequent loss of consciousness due to pain from the hair on the inside of my urethra".

That might be the worst thing I've read today.

That hair may even encourage the development of urethral lithiasis(kidney stone-like growth).

9 out of 10 gynecologists who graduated from Hollywood Upstairs Medical College can't tell the difference!

I think the issues are their fauxginas are too high. Real vaginas are actually lower than most people realize.
