I love that his wikipedia page specifically goes out of its way not to use any pronouns at all. They just use his name, no pronouns, lol. That's pretty much what I do with my trans cousin.

We had a trans person at work, who switched genders every 6 months or so. That's exactly what we did as well, too afraid to mention pronouns because it was a "woke" workplace.

So honest question, when ppl use the “I identify as an attack helicopter” how is that different from identifying as a tree? I was under the impression that such things were transphobic but a celeb does it and it’s ok now?

Answer:

Pronouns are not gender or gender identity and the ‘i identify as an attack helicopter’ are over exaggerating and incorrect. Tree doesn’t identify as a tree, tree just uses tree/treeself pronouns, just like someone can identify as non-binary but use binary pronouns.

Wait. But if someone can identify as non-binary but not use non-binary pronouns, then how are attack helicopters that still use binary pronouns invalid?

They have written themselves into a corner. There is no metric whatsoever that they've provided that can possibly be used to invalidate attack helicopter identifying people. There are no criteria for gender identity, they love making it clear that one one's self can determine their gender. There is no way whatsoever to determine that the trolls are trolls if they say "I identify as an attack helicopter"

DAE remember when Billy Dee Williams "came out as genderfluid" but it was actually just his words being twisted? I want to believe this is what's happened here.
