Panromantic at age 10 really? Why does a 10 year old even know what the hell that is.

My son, who is 9, was asking questions about being gay, lesbian, bisexual, I answered, then he told me his classmate is bisexual, alright cool. Then afterwards he said his classmate is animesexual, I asked what that means, he said it means she is only attracted to anime characters and that is really worrying to me.

I think I learnt about the birds and bees from a friend when I was 11? How would this kid have any idea what their sexuality is yet? They probably think that because they have friends who are boys and girls that they must be pan or something. Like, why should they even be labelling their sexuality at this age... Just let then be kids.

I've talked to my kids about sex and different sexualities already, I think it's good for kids to know, but it was along the lines of what sex is where babies come from, that some people are gay and there's nothing wrong with that. But none of the the gender ideology crap. Part of the reason I have talked to them about it is I want them to understand before they get a woke teacher for sex ed that starts putting ideas in their head.
