Thanks to some magic from a rainbow-riding purple sparkly cat and a pink dog, Greg switches bodies with his dog right in the middle of his parent's visit.

God help you if you have a gay person just be a gay person without sparkles and rainbows, for fuck's sake.

By that part alone this short isn't sounding very promising to me.

Yeah...my first reaction watching this was "really??". Luckily, the "sparkly car cat" and "pink dog" only appear in the beginning and end.

Honestly, it's just a cat and mouse chase the whole time with the main character in the dogs body trying to hide a photo of him and his husband/boyfriend together while his parents are over the house helping him pack. Then his dog...is in his body so it's really...weird...

Edit: word

I watched it and... I don't know. It's a bit cliche with the whole "Mom and dad knew all along" thing, but I suppose that coming out of Disney, it's hopefully better than nothing.
