In case you don't know, Blaire White is a transgender natal male, famous for ??? but still famous w lots of followers, so his support of the Superstraight movement is a positive thing.

Famous for being an as-close-to-passing-as-it-gets, vocal MTF who isn't crazy tbh.

Ehhh.... I would say that's generous. He still believes in transgender ideology.

However, he is open to having conversations with people whose views he may not agree with. And that is something we should all get behind, IMO.

Yeah, he still considers himself straight despite still having a penis and dating a guy. This is the whole reason there was a "superstraight" movement.

In a way, there should really be a new sexual term for cis men (and maybe women, too) who are specifically into transwomen who still have male genitalia. I say that because I fooled around with a "curious" guy back in college who afterwards said that what he really wanted was "a chick with a dick."

I don't get it myself, but that's what he wanted. It's like he wanted someone who he could interact with as a woman, but who had a penis. That turned him on. And he was someone who would have said he was gay if he was.

I kind of suggested something like that before elsewhere:

So, my solution is, to consider "genital preferences" a component of sexual orientation, with (for clarity of communication) or qualifier for this component being added to the sexual orientation. So far I've come up with the provisional labels of "CGP" ("Congurent Genital Preference" - requiering that secondary characteristics and primary ones are in allignment, e.g. men must have penisses and women must have vaginas), "NGP" ("No Genital Preference" - no requierement for secondary and primary sexual characteristics to align, e.g. pre-button-surgery transgender people of the correct gender are ok) and "IGP" ("Incongurent Genital Preference" - requierment for secondary and primary sexual characteristics to be at odds. This is primarily to weirdo-proof this system) (Note: these labels may need some workshopping. If someone has good proposals, I'm listening). So a bisexual woman who needs her men to have a penis and her women to have vaginas would be a CGP-Bisexual, while a man who is open to women with vaginas and pre-op trans women would be a NGP-Heterosexual.

And, yes, I admit the word "preferrence" (implying a choice) might be a bit problematic, which is why I said that these labels might requiere some workshopping.

I'm disappointed he never debated Magdalen Berns, who's staunchly against transgender ideology. Rumour has it that White was purposely avoiding a debate with her. Then Berns cancer kicked in and she passed away . . .

Also, he seems to debate far left people, so it makes him look logical compared to them. I do recall he has spoken with Ben Shapiro(right wing), but Shapiro seemed like he was being polite with White since he is "passing" so Shapiro mentioned he would call White by female pronouns, but he did say he didn't agree with transgender ideology. The debate really didn't seem very in depth tbh. It's just them agreeing (mostly) with each other with slight disagreements.

Eh, he openly admits it's a mental illness with no good treatment and that's why he's done this. He openly admits he's a biological male and will die a biological male and that any man who dates him isn't completely straight. He doesn't really believe in transgender ideology as it exists today.

Maybe relatively sane instead of sane is the way to describe it.

I am out of the loop, so that's all he's famous for?

[–]dramasexual 15 insightful - 2 fun15 insightful - 1 fun16 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

Basically. He's a political commentator who's amassed a sizable following in recent years for countering the increasingly insane mainstream TRA talking points. He's spoken up a few times about how trans people need to stop sexually harassing lesbians and gay men, etc. He went after Yaniv super hard when that popped, and was the one who originally got him arrested for brandishing an illegal taser. TRAs hate him with the fire of a thousand suns, of course.

Oh, OK, got it - he's a political commentator - so he has some reason for being famous beyond being a natal male who might be able to somewhat pass as a woman on camera.
