Not to offend anyone but I have a feeling the church played a huge part in his upbringing. Perhaps his family would rather have a heterosexual daughter than a gay son.

Also, this is twice in two days now, I am seeing this nonsense about gay men being jealous of trans women, or gay men being trans women in denial. I just want to take this to its illogical conclusion:

If all gay men are jealous of/wish to be trans women, And if trans men are gay men, then trans men are jealous of/wish to be trans women.

OR

Only trans men are real gay men. All actual gay men are actually trans women in disguise.

SO

Only women can be gay men.

I'm not jealous of any gay man who is so self-hating he would rather be a woman than a gay man. Just depressed that legalized gay marriage alone has not made gay people more self-accepting.
