Wanted to share in case anyone was interested in combing through and connecting names to positions and whatnot. If I get a chance today I will.

  • suggested during hearing: "Claimant has still not named those she accuses of discrimination/victimisation. " -> Translation: Allison Bailey doesn't know some of the people tied to Stonewall who pressured the people at Garden Court to discriminate against her; she hasn't named many of them because their names are being kept hidden by Stonewall.

Additional info- Robin Moira White is trans. They also were on yesterdays legal panel giving evidence to the Women & Equalities Committee on GRA reform. It can be watched here https://parliamentlive.tv/event/index/fb12feef-6d41-457a-a102-ea59813bb583. Robin is also a semi frequent contributor to Mumsnet under their real name where they exhibit a strong disdain for the concerns of women.

Judy Khan I think is the head of GC Chambers?

Both Ben and Robin are part of the same Chambers (not GCC) despite being on opposing sides

One of the people frequently mentioned in the thread is Michelle Brewer who is a barrister at Garden Court, co founder of TELI a trans legal organisation and somebody who heavily criticised the Get the L Out women who demonstrated at London Pride a few years back.

According to Garden Court Chambers' website she's not head of chambers, she's 'just' a QC.

I'm led to believe this is not unusual in legal cases, especially since barristers which practice the same area of law tend to cluster together.

Thanks for clarifying. I'd read conflicting things so wasn't totally sure.

No it's not unusual at all for barristers to be from the same chamber, it was just a little aside.
