As if it were actually this easy for women's medical issues to get taken seriously...

Also, AFAIK, most people getting cosmetic surgery don't expect insurance to cover it all. Whereas many people who self-describe as transgender do expect their surgeries and drugs to be fully covered by insurance, in the name of "mental health" (when studies have not demonstrated sufficient evidence to warrant such consistent and widespread endorsement of these procedures or drugs as a solution to gender dysphoria).

But also you're a bigot if you refer to it as a mental illness. Because it's not an illness. It's a normal human variation. But insurance should pay to treat it. But it's not a mental illness. And it's not cosmetic, it's lifesaving treatment. Treatment for something that is not an illness, and should be covered by insurance, to prevent suicides, but it's not a mental illness.

They don't even try to say that they're sick until transition cures them, they just don't want to at all be associated with illness until it suits them.

No sick person who wants treatment tries to say they aren't sick.

I'm starting to suspect that TRAs are ableist. They'll self-diagnose every invisible illness under the sun and bitch about spoons to avoid being held responsible for anything, but when it comes to the one highly visible aspect of their psyches (i.e being trans and transitioning) suddenly they don't want to be labeled with a disorder.

TRAs: my cosmetic surgeries should be fully covered because it’s a mental health procedure

Also TRAs: we need to actively campaign to have gender dysphoria removed as a mental health disorder

Still TRAs: how dare anyone ever mention mental health in regards to trans!

Surprise, a 16 year old boy whose idea of womanhood is " please call me an 'it' " has no clue how women are actually treated in healthcare. I wouldn't want this little shit coming anywhere near my kids.

If I ever get kids I sure as hell am going to police their social media access.

Of course, everyone knows that women get to live their lives in easy mode.

Major incel vibes from this one.

"For whatever reason" you mean a woman is having a hormonal disaster and needs to go through the nightmare that is the modern medical industry to get the proper prescription for something to improve her health?

I'd say that's a pretty good reason for her to get the estrogen

And not to mention, boob enlargement procedures are usually performed on people with boobs or who previously had boobs

This dude is an incel.

Actual women also don't get these procedures just because they want to. Sometimes they even don't if they found an incompetent doctor.

He should stop imagining being opressed by women just because he deluded himself he is one. It's not how it works.

These people are constantly making gofundmes for cosmetic surgery under the guise of it being “necessary” for their transition.
