It also spawned hand-wringing comment pieces about whether it’s “morally right” to “experiment” on trans children.

Anti-trans claims – calling puberty blockers “risky” and “experimental”, and questioning whether trans children are “too young” to know what they want – were repeated, unquestioningly, in headline after headline.

The use of language says it all. How deep into the ideology do you have to be to dismiss the very notion that there even might be cause for concern so callously?

Pumping mentally ill children struggling with dysphoria full of hormones as a quick band-aid fix instead of addressing their underlying issues with comprehensive therapy is just soooooo stunning and brave.

"Anti-tr-ns" means "shut up f-g/d-k-".

Asking questions about the safety of children is transphobic.

edit: Not sure what to flair this. "LGB news" doesn't seem appropriate because Pink News is not a pro-LGB publication, and this isn't new news, anyway.

There's a Transing Children flair too, might fit this one based on Pink News interesting language in their overly used "quotation marks" in the article every time the topic comes up.

I appreciate you sharing these articles. This is something many people should be aware of.

Thanks for the recommendation! I use that flair sometimes, sounds like a decent fit.
