One of the things I've noticed while browsing Kiwi Farms (they are no longer accepting refugees at the moment) is that transmen are getting phallo yet are keeping their clits, vaginas, etc. One even got pregnant and is having to undergo a c-section in the near future. (-_-). What! Upon reading more and more stories and encounters on the site, I've come to believe they're trying to live a futanari life.

Futanari is Japanese for intersex, hermaphrodite. Although the popular notion of futanari is female top and vagina and penis bottom, it would seem these transmen are doing the opposite form, which is male top and vagina and "penis" bottom.

It's quite perplexing, living a fetish. Fantasy to reality.

I hadn't even considered this for transmen but, I have definitely thought this about a lot of transwomen.

From my knowledge, there has only been one trans woman who has futanari srs which means the dick was left and the "vagina" was made. I can dig it up from that site.

Do you mean getting a mastectomy and load themselves with T,but keep their lower genitals intact?

There are two categories :

1.The ones who do not want a phalo ever,and are satisfied with a mastectomy and the masculizination T brings.

2.The ones who do,but either can not afford it,or opt out,because it is a type of surgery with low success and high complication rate.

I literally never heard of a FTM who got a phalloplasty AND kept her external genitalia intact.

I've found a couple over the past year where they have kept their vagina but then got a phalloplasty over their clitoris. It's honestly disturbing. I lost the link, but I think a few of the girls on r/phallo kept their vaginas while getting the arm tube sewn on.

That's really interesting and weird, don't think I've heard that particular motivation be described.
