Like hell they are. Little kids are not old enough to be making life altering decisions, so that also means they're not old enough to make the decision on whether they want to be treated as a boy or girl. Little kids pretend that they're dinosaurs or firetrucks, so does that mean we should now treat them as such? If not, the same applies to gender.

No, this is a straight person who obviously has mental issues which should be getting themselves checked out to be receiving mental help. And secondly, there is no such thing as a "transgender lesbian" or a "transgender gay" because the sexuality of those people is what it should be normally. And in the case of actual lesbians or gay people who are transgenders, they aren't straight because they're still attracted to the same sex as what they were before their "transition.

We all do considering one parent is male and the other is female. For example, breasts are a female characteristic and there are males who actually are able to produce milk. That is the result of female genetics not being turned off probably in a males development.

Definitely. The parents who are manipulating their kids into being a "gender" which they aren't, is no different than the radical religious parents who send their gay kids to Nazi like concentration camps to "get the gay out of them." In my opinion the radical left is worse than the radical right. The reason being is because the left is fighting against the bigotry which tends to come from rightwingers, but they left is projecting their own form bigotry onto people despite them being against it. TRA's who are giving backlash to people for not wanting to be in a relationship with a transgender do to biological sex based reasons are no different than the religious people who want to ban gay marriage. Both parties are telling people who they should be with.

Still new here! Thanks again for having this place and space! This reminds me of a few things. People with narcissistic personality disorder do this. After being trained to spot these people, in dating it is so easy, sadly on dating apps are filled with abusers. They create immediate boxes for you to reside, and the boxes keep shrinking with more rules. All of the so called other lesbians on dating apps I talk to do this too, so more than just wokies (because anyone can be NPD or BPD). They will make demands like this first day or so of texting, and place the RULES upon you, like, "I have a snake, so you have to like those, and I have a kid, who comes first, and I have, and I have"and ON and ON an d ON!

Wow. You do not find a character to fit in a role of your script and keep altering it, you find a person and build a life together.

That's a very interesting observation about dating apps.

Nothing is left to human connection and discovering common needs, wants, and interests when finding partners that way... It's a pass/fail scenario like a job advertisement with a rubric of expectations. Gross.

We used to be able to chat on the bus or the coffee shop or wherever. ("Hey, I read that same book... isn't it great?") There's no expectation of a relationship, but who knows, it's a connection. And nowadays? Earpods, phone screens, and stay-at-home lockdowns. Wow—I really think we're done for.

You can't ever get to actually know people by the things they put on their profile. When's the last time any of them actually went for a "long walk on the beach"... it's either aspirational, or it's lies.

The problem is that as a woman, if you were to talk to a man on a bus about the book they're reading, if they're straight, they'll think it's an invitation for sex or a romantic relationship. Showing any kind of pleasantry towards them, even politeness, is seen as a 'signal', at least in my experience.

Lol, that is part of why I have hesitated to try dating apps. I never really understand that mindset. I mean, you've gotta find a partner who supports you in your hobbies and goals but maybe they're not as enthusiastic about it for themself, you know?
