I'm not too familiar with these products, but isn't HRT for non-trans people also controversial and likely dangerous? I believe I had read that that was the case for at least early attempts at HRT amongst biological women...

Sadly I can't get past the pay wall... https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/menopause/in-depth/hormone-therapy/art-20046372. I found this from the Mayo Clinic though. It says that taking Progesterone can reduce the risks of Estrogen HRT in terms of cancer while also covering the risks/applications of HRT. Is that similar to what the article says?
