There was a thread here just yesterday or the day before about it.

As a straight person I found it kind of funny in a sad sort of way. I imagine, and hope, that those sort of people dont parade their views in public often.

That person is a disgrace. The vast majority of us want equality and to live in harmony with eachother. The more people who support this equality, the better, and any homosexual or bisexual who claims that heterosexuals are inherently anything other than straight is a hypocrite and an idiot. Anyone in their right mind would be trying to collect as many straight allies as possible, even if they didn't respect straight people, because there simply aren't enough homo/bisexuals to do anything without significant help.

And in an age where homophobia has rebranded and is gaining traction, we need as much help as we can get. Not to mention that there is a potential that this new homophobia may likely turn against heterosexuals if it gets its way.

There was? Huh, I didn't see it and it just got pushed down to the bottom or something.

Yeah, it's very sad. Fortunately, as most who responded, it's mostly online (not that it makes it any better). Although, I wouldn't be surprised if some did parade it. Especially when they can get away with it and just accuse others of bring xyz for disagreeing with it.
