It's really funny how autohomoerotic women will often use their "attraction" (actually a fetish) towards gay men specifically as "proof" that they are real gay men. They are too absorbed in their paraphilia to realize that gay men are attracted to men in general; we only make a distinction in terms of sexual orientation when it comes to sex or romance. AGPs with a lesbian fetish will also do this, with their "teehee I am such a lesbian I've always loved lesbians/yuri" routine.

Their subreddits have tales of woe when the object of their desire turns out to be bisexual and they lose all attraction for him, or complain because it's not validating enough for them.

I've seen this a lot with "transbians" but haven't seen the equivalent with women.

It seems like TRAs don't know how to relate to anything or enjoy it without trying to make it some core part of their identity, even when it's an obvious square peg in a round hole. I just don't get it.
