It's just weird imo. I'll stick to "they" at least. There are transexual trans men who look like the most manly men you've ever seen and I'd feel ridiculous calling them "she" just because they are female in sex. I don't exactly know where the line is without dragging in stereotypes (then you get into muddy territory of who gets to be a "Real" trans person and you end up where we are now and I get that) but I think there is a line, somewhere, somehow, even if I don't know exactly where.

I feel like the very few, like say Candy Darling of Warhol fame, could make us say well, you know, he's not hurting anyone, so just call him "she" and let it go. But now that there's such an outbreak of this, it's been ruined for everyone. To me, if the person depends on heavy makeup, certain clothes, and putting on a performance in order to "pass," then it's a theatrical performance. A woman with short hair who can grow a beard, I can see people saying "he." Find me a man with short hair, no makeup, just a t-shirt on, and tell me you see a "she."
