More like I accepted the whole “science supports that brains are sexed and some people get the wrong body for their brain” argument that TRAs peddle. (I understand now that it’s no where near certain that brains are even sexed, let alone that people are born in the wrong body.) I knew transwomen were male and knew that wouldn’t change. I assumed they would act vaguely like women though because they had women’s brains. (Sounds dumb even typing it now.) Then, every transwoman I encountered was simply the worst, most boorish type of man with weird ideas about women. They just happened to be wearing dresses and garish makeup.
