Humans share 35% of our DNA with daffodils yet, oddly, we are not daffodils.

The stupidity of these what-if scenarios makes my head hurt. "But what if a man loses his penis in a car accident and it lands on a female? ... " Obviously, their pronouns would switch as well. That's just common sense.

The "but what if a cis man loses his penis in an accident???" argument is so dumb.

Sure, he would still be a man! But yeah, like it or not he would become undesirable for most romantic/sexual partners. These people talk as if dickless cis men are walking around being sex symbols and people are only rejecting the poor transmen.

In fact, do they think we cis people are all sex hounds? We all get rejected, many of us are frustrated with our sex lives. Yet they act like they're the only ones that ever get rejected and that they're suffering the biggest oppression ever because of it.

Not to mention that losing your penis doesn't mean you'll suddenly get a vagina. It's like someone losing an arm in an accident. Losing an arm is not the same thing as an alien trying to pass as human while having tentacles in place of his arms.

This guy sounds like one of those combative losers that seeks out vegetarians to harass. "But but but what if you were stuck on a desert island with a pig and a battery operated deep fryer? Would you eat meat theeeeen? What if the pig bit you first?" I'm 99% sure this kind of surgery doesn't even exist.

If I get a lightning rod grafted on my head(ouch) does that mean I am a building?

It doesn’t, but remember that these people are professional mental gymnasts.

Quick question: What if Simone is born female but gets a single horn grafted to her forehead. Is she a unicorn?

She would not magically start producing sperm, her body structure will not change, that penis would not errect anyways, her looks and her socialization will stay the same. So what will change? Nothing really. If person will want to transplant extra ear on their face, will they become new species or new sex? What if in car accident person will lose their hands? Are they now some new kind of human?

Yes she is a lesbian, the grafted penis does not change her biological sex.

A man who has his dick cut off from torture is still a man, as well. (Sorry for the disturbing visual.)
