The article only puts on its critical lens about halfway through, which threw me for a loop when it started to critique the idea of queer theory.

I have a much clearer understanding of queer theory after reading it, but it is not the most accessible document for people wishing understand the theory who are not already familiar with Foucault etc.

the guy from this video made the website. it's trying to be a woke encyclopedia of sorts. the girl in the video is also a major contributor.

All of his woke definitions are ordered in that way. First what Theory actually says in it's own words and then his commentary making sense of the word salad. It's super helpful.

The insanity of "Queer Theory" began at least partly because of so-called "deconstruction" in literary criticism, led by Derrida (as this article mentions).

I would HIGHLY recommend this essay about deconstructionism and Derrida's philosophy, it's both hilarious and thoughtful.
