I’m so glad the OP posted this in detrans and not any of the trans subs. I read things like this and I just don’t understand how people can feel this way and not see that it’s a mental condition, not an identity.

Someone should do a social experiment and post the same post to r/detrans and one of the trans sub, then compare the replies.

if you look at her post history she made a similar post in ftm. Two replies. One reply tells her that her mother never had a daughter so she should just ignore her mother. The other reply tells her that it's all going to be ok and that her fears are 'valid'. It says so much about their "community".
