Lets address the elephant in the room first :

1.The reason butches are yelled at in women's bathrooms is because the women who reacted mistook them for MEN. (It has happened to me for example, many years before this gender bullshit).

2.These instances are exploited by the gender-queer TRA fucks in order to push for "gender neutral" (aka MIXED SEX) bathrooms so some blokes who ID as women are permitted to access those female safe spaces and get the validation that they so narcissistically crave.

I,as a butch woman prefer to get the occasional yell rather than to see mixed sex bathrooms. I can easily prove that I am an actual woman (aka adult human female) to women who mistook me for a man and women remain safe.I 'd rather be uncomfortable for a few seconds than enable the victimization of women.

not these new kids, they can't suffer any discomfort. I once walked into the women's room at the airport, briefly wondered why there were women in the men's room, then realized and hightailed out of there. The women saw me in the mirror but didn't bat an eye and this was years ago.

You and MyLongestJourney summed it up perfectly. As soon as women realize I'm a woman and not just a short man/teenage boy, they apologize. The only reason they reacted was because without looking closely or hearing my voice they assumed I was male.

This is an interesting issue that I haven't heard about happening. As a man who never enters the women's restroom, it never really crossed my mind until you brought it up.

I wonder if some people are more jumpy now than before because of all the men pretending to be women and going into their restrooms? If they're no longer just afraid of a freak incident where a man walks into the women's room, but are now instead afraid of a freak walking into the restroom and demanding he be allowed in there, some people might be quicker to yell than before.

Women can tell other women. There might be a second of "huh?" but then we know it's a woman.

This new claim that gender non-conforming women are being harassed in the Ladies room is made-up hysteria so that the gendxr lot can exaggerate and pretend we'll need genital police to tell butch lesbians apart from transgenders. As if.

Neverrr had any problems telling apart butch lesbians and men. Butch lesbians look more like women than trans women. Maybe if you only had a split second glimpse you'd be confused but face and body shapes are very distinctive.

I read a theory once that women are instinctively much better at differentiating biological sex of strangers out of safety reasons. Anecdotally I've shown some men photos of trans women in women's sports where to me, it's instantly obvious who the man is (even if the women next to him are "buff"), but they have not been able to pick out which one is the man, which just blows my mind. I suspect the transwomen promoting this myth have the same problem -- they genuinely think that having long hair and a dress makes them look more like a woman than a butch lesbian because men aren't very good at differentiating between male and female in the first place.
