Let’s say we live in a magical world where humans can change their sex. Their entitlement, repulsive personality and fetishes are enough for me to be immediately turned off. So no, I still wouldn’t be attracted to them.

I mean, for me it's because I like talking with a partner that can share and compare his experiences as a gay man with me. Even if there was some magical method that turned you 100% male, this would still mean that you lived a long part of your life as a woman and we're gonna have very different life experiences and perceptions.

I've seen a few transmen in porn. I like following the Twitter feed of some gay men pornstars, and unfortunately more and more "gay" pornstars are recording videos with transmen. I watched some of these videos, some because there was no warning of it being trans content, and some because I was curious. I mean, I need to know what I'm talking about, right?

And without fail, 100% of their genitals looked nothing like dicks. Also 100% of them were having penis-in-vagina intercourse. Many of the videos were taped in angles that you could easily think it's just regular straight porn, they didn't even make an effort to showcase the transman masculine features.

But I love how the TQ+ keeps pushing this image of "most transmen don't want to use their genitals! Many transmen have dicks too! Transmen are just like men except for the genitals!".

(edit for grammar)

LOL of course pussy doesn't transform into dick just because a woman takes steroids. Steroids make it look really horrible tho.

If I had to chose between limp shrunken trans dick & mutated pussy on steroids I would chose to be celibate.

Lol thanks, it wasn't an easy task. But I think that watching these videos brings some interesting insights, even though obviously it's not the type of content I'd want to watch. Watching this type of content really defeats the arguments TQ+ tend to make about transmen in gay porn, because you see that what they say is far from reality.

There was even one clip I remember watching in a "gay" actor feed and I was like "wait, is he doing straight porn now?". No joking, the angle he was taking only showed his and his partner's lower bodies, and it looked exactly like regular straight porn. Even the partner's voice was clearly of a woman. And then just at the end of the video they moved the camera to show the partner's face and sure, it was a bearded transman.

I mean at this point you could just pick some regular straight porn, pick the parts that show only the lower body, and claim it's gay porn.

Another interesting topic is the non-binary (male) actors who say all the time how they're non-binary... but then they're totally OK with filming videos with gay men and being promoted by gay sites.

straightifying gay porn. The most progressive you can do.

[–]8bitgay 8 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 0 fun9 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I imagine this is a product of 3 things:

  1. Actually gay actors being peer pressured into having straight sex out of fear of being judged as transphobes

  2. Bi actors that don't care (I'm not generalizing though, I know there are many bi guys here who wouldn't date a transman)

  3. Straight actors who do "gay for pay" and see this as an alternative to keep getting money from gay men while also getting straight sex

Another interesting thing is to check the comments and take a look at the fan accounts that support this type of porn. They might say "transmen are men too! This is gay porn too, I love it!", but when you check their feed you realize they're also following bi/straight porn.

Really, I didn't mention this in my initial comment, but checking who enjoys this content actually tells a lot more than the content itself.

I used to watch porn. Once I was curious, so I checked out amateur FTM porn. I couldn’t do it. I tried watching videos of Buck Angel, and I couldn’t watch it until a biological man was also in the video having sex with Buck Angel. And I was only interested in the man. Buck Angel looks like a man, like an attractive man, but the sight of her crotch put me off completely. And let’s be honest, it’s relatively easy to look like the opposite sex on camera thanks to lighting and editing. I bet if I saw her on real life, I’d know right away. Plus, the scent. A camera can conceal it. Face-to-face interaction can’t.

It's kinda amusing how the TQ+ are so sure that we definitely feel attracted to transmen all the time, they think we just reject them out of transphobia. Nah, I can honestly say there wasn't a single transman that I've ever found attractive. I wouldn't even say Buck looks like an attractive man, not to my taste at least.

I mean, it's not even like I find that many cis guys attractive. It's like the TQ+ view us as these hyper-sexual beings, as if we find any masculine person attractive.

What has happened in the past, though, is that there were cases where I didn't find a porn actor attractive at first just seeing his face. But seeing him naked made him more attractive to me. There were guys I met IRL who I didn't find attractive at first but they grew on me as I got to know them more. Obviously, they have dicks too, even if I didn't see the dick itself lol

I think most trans people are clockable in person even if they can "pass" well enough online

And most trans people don't have the benefit of surgeries, hormones, et cetera that help them "pass" anyway

Yeah, Buck Angel is attractive but the combination (masc flat chest + vagina) can be weird as fuck. Especially for the opposite, since they're way harder to "pass" compared to the effects of testosterone w/ transmen.

Trans people(surgically transitioned) usually lack the best features of both sexes. And if they don't, the almost definitely funky genitals or mismatch could turn one off immediately. Don't get how people can enjoy that stuff, but it still seems to be a popular genre nonetheless.

Actual fact: The crossover between intersex and trans is low. Lower than the average person, I'd say. A lot of trans people CLAIM to be intersex, but they're almost always liars as they claim to have genitalia and "conditions" that aren't possible (eg: literally saying they were born as a "Girl with a penis and boobs", or saying they are a fully functional hermaphrodite)

When you DO get an intersex trans person, it is pretty much always someone who was bullied, coerced, or shamed into transitioning as an attempt to "fix" their intersex condition. A lot of them detransition. A lot of them are unhappy and "sex reassignment surgery" usually causes more health problems than what it tried to "fix."

It's disgusting that trans activists use intersex people as "proof" or an argument point, or insist that the communities are linked, when transgender activism is inherently harmful to intersex people by spreading lies and telling us we need to change our bodies to fit in. Most transgender people, as individuals, are also typically toxic to those with intersex conditions.

Also, there is no such thing as "A trans woman with a natal vagina" or "A trans man with a natal penis." Unless you are literally saying that normal biologically female women can identify as FtMtFs or something, this is ridiculous and makes no sense.

If you want to get pedantic, yes, you can have XY chromosomes and be outwardly female, and have XX chromosomes and be outwardly male. However these people will appear normally male/female at first glance, and typically do not know their chromosomes are "reversed" until puberty or later. An XY female couldn't and wouldn't be a "trans woman" because there's nothing to "transition" to. They are already outwardly female, they will have a female body shape and female reproductive system with the exception of ovulation. People will already see them as female.

If they meant that some people can be born with both sets of genitals, that too is wrong. People can be born with ambiguous genitalia, but it is 1. Stupidly rare and very unlikely the average person would come across such a thing in their dating life, and 2. It's own issue and not comparable to "the genitals you like". People with these kinds of disorders also struggle with shame about their body and may have trouble dating, but unlike trans you don't see them demanding that everyone get over their "genital preferences" and fuck them. It's almost like when you really DO have a medical condition you can't help and are a minority, you don't have that sense of entitlement and power to demand service from others. Who would've thought?

So in summary, this is about as bullshit as it gets.

Also, I like how at the end they say something about "purposefully excluding transgender people from your idea of attraction." Yes, because my attraction is totally something I'm doing willfully, at random. Honestly, if I had the power to decide who gets to be in my attraction pool, don't you think I would, oh I don't know, CHOOSE TO BE INTO WOMEN??? Jesus fucking christ.

An XY female couldn't and wouldn't be a "trans woman" because there's nothing to "transition" to.

And what if XY female decides to Identify as a trans man? Just wondering becsuse I've seen this before. Especially with trans women who are XX male. They try and use this as a "gotcha!" Gets even worse now that they're trying to see if there's any connections between being intersex and being trans. If sex dysphoria/transgenderism is some form of intersex.

Then I suppose they are a FtM but I don't see how it's that much different from being a non-intersex FTM, just that they might use their XY diagnosis as justification for "I was SUPPOSED to be male/I am really male." But just like non-intersex trans people, you cannot change your body. Yes, we can theorize that we were "meant" to be normal, but that's not the case, and no amount of saying "I should have been..." will change the present.

Ah... That makes sense. Thanks again for answering my question(s). I honestly don't see either, trans identified XX or XY females, being male. But I've seen them try and use their diagnosis as a justification as you said.

"Transgender people are so diverse it would be difficult to describe what a transgender person looks like." A trans person looks like someone that I do not want to date. There. Edit: why am I not surprised that part of the patreon perks are porn...

[–]julesburm1891 14 insightful - 1 fun14 insightful - 0 fun15 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Well, generally, a trans person looks like a member of their biological sex cosplaying as the opposite sex. But I suppose that sort of honesty isn’t wanted.

For context: On the ridiculous slide about "genital preferences," the author goes on about how "you also can't assume the genitals of a transgender person. an intersex transgender woman may have a natal vagina already! and an intersex trans man may have a natal penis!"

Like the random existence of a small group of intersex people negates the reality of the rest of the TQ+ nightmare people, and justifies your rapey homophobia.

It's not even true. An intersex person born with a vagina is going to be female, or in a VERY VERY VERY VERY RARE CASE, leaning female. They can't be "trans women", unless your definition of "trans woman" includes FtMtF identified people. Intersex people are not a third sex, nor both sexes, most are male and female but with anomalies. If someone has XXY chromosomes and a penis, he is not a third sex, nonbinary, or female. He is male with a mutation. He cannot be a "trans man" as there's literally nothing to "transition" to.

[–]Constantine[S] 7 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 0 fun8 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Yes, the only thing I can think (other than the obvious that they have no idea what they're talking about) is that they would consider a woman born with XY chromosomes "trans" if she continues to identify as a woman after realizing this. Which is... yeah, there's not much to be said about the levels of absurdity we're reaching for here. But then again, what else is new?

[–]OPPRESSED_REPTILIANIntersex male | GNC | Don't call me "a gay", "twink" or "queen" 8 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 0 fun9 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

It's ironic how TRAs will say shit like "Biological sex isn't real" or "Sex isn't defined by chromosomes"... but then go ahead to define sex and gender by chromosomes, essentially implying that XY intersex women are men, or that XXY males are some alien third sex.

[–]fuck_reddit 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Just from the adjective "natal" I'm gonna assume those penises and vaginas don't exactly pass as fully functioning primary sex characteristics...

[–]Constantine[S] 7 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 0 fun8 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

"natal" means "from birth," so I think what the post means is that there could be intersex people who were born with vaginas but raised as men, and now identify as transgender women, but they have a natural, i.e. "natal" vagina. As fucking ridiculous as that notion is.

[–]MezozoicGayoldschool gay 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Isn't it will be other way around? They were raised as man, so they were transman, and then realized they are woman, so returned to being just woman?

[–]Constantine[S] 4 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 0 fun5 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I don't think so, since the graphic calls them transmen/transwomen in the present tense, but they have natal genitals that correspond with their newfound "identity?" Eh, none of it makes sense or is plausible anyway. It's just an excuse to call people transphobia for having sexual boundaries.
