Boy do I feel weird about sharing a sub with people who are considering voting for Trump. Are you seriously considering a dude who is letting 200000 people die of COVID, is doing his best to be a traitor and a dictator, is a rapist and a child abuser, better than a dude who might, MIGHT listen to TRAs on one or two points MAYBE??

You all really sound entitled. Please think about your fellow lesbians and bi girls and gays of color and don't vote for people who are going to ban abortions rights, women's rights, willing to deport brown people and park children in cages just because YOU don't feel threatened by the orange menace.

Regarding covid, the death projections back in March were in the millions so, if anything, 200k deaths is a huge success in comparison to what was expected. And if you look at deaths per 1M of the population, the US is doing better than UK, Belgium, Spain, Brazil, Chile, and five other countries.

Trump is standing up for women's rights by allowing rape shelters to be same-sex only - even Canada doesn't have these rights, and the US didn't under Obama and won't under Biden. The abortion issue will always be divisive and complicated, edit: especially in the US due to Planned Parenthood's racist and class-based eugenic origins (PP clinics were purposely set up in poor communities to keep their population small. Poor communities at the time were mainly black communities. PP still is, to this day, the reason the black population hasn't grown in the US over the past 100 years due to a disproportionate amount of abortions among the black community). I feel like this deserves a more nuanced conversation.

Trump is the only president to enter office supporting gay marriage. Obama didn't support it until halfway through his second term.

The children in cages stuff started in 2014 under the Obama/Biden administration. The border wall is meant to stop this from happening (since all the children in cages are there because their parents snuck them over the border illegally and then got themselves arrested). And he's not deporting brown people?? Not sure what that's about, unless they're illegal immigrants who broke the law. (And, btw, Biden is a HORRIBLE option for black people - his actions and words of the past shows that he despises them - just look up Biden's 1994 crime bill and compare it to Trump's First Step Act prison reform policy).

And regarding the "Trump is a rapist" thing - I'm not sure if he's ever been charged with rape, but Biden also has his fair share of accusations (look up Tara Reade) and he's SUPER creepy around women and children. They're both shitty when it comes to this, so they kind of cancel each other out.

Trump is in the middle of a rape trial right now with the accuser being very credible.

Trump is using the office of the US Attorney General as his lawyer, which is about as illegal as it gets.

The Democrats really shot the country in the head with their stupid identity politics, because Trump will make this country into a Banana Republic. Wait and see.

Fucking Americans, we really don't deserve America...and I am not saying that to any poster on this sub specifically, I'm saying that to all Americans.
