I'm pretty sure men don't have any problem coming with women. For women is the opposite for very anatomical reasons. As far as I am aware, men are finishing fast, but not actually getting orgasm that often (especially if sex was very fast, or maybe that can be called "mini orgasm"). While for most women that time is not enough, or they can't get orgasm from penetration at all and need extra moves from partner.

I mean, the "no need to explain" bit in theory is nice. If you reject someone you don't need to tell them why. Not telling why makes the situation less awkward for both of you.

But let's be honest: do people really get told why they're rejected outright, or do they keep pushing until they get a reasoning?
